At Saxon Fitness we offer a wide range of services to assist you on your fitness journey. You can join in with any of our timetabled Classes, use our facilities for your own training during Open Gym or book Private Personal or Group Training Sessions.
PERSONAL + GROUP TRAINING
For those who require guidance, motivation and to be held accountable for what they do in the gym. Private One-To-One or Small Group Coaching is available on either a 1 off or Block Booking basis.
Online Coaching is 100% personalised to suit individual needs, designed for those who cant always make it to class but want to be held accountable and follow a structured schedule either during Open Gym or in another setting.
We have our own Therapy Room offering a sports massage in order to maintain or regain full health.
