What is it?

Periodised resistance training using barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight movement's. We will push, pull and squat along with appropriate accessory movements to build a good foundation of strength and efficient movement patterns. Variations available for all abilities.

Sessions can be cancelled online up to 24 hours before the start of a class . Any cancellations after this will be charged.
