This is a chance to have a trial run at a HYROX race on home turf.
 
You will run all 8 x 1km runs along with all 8 workout stations in the exact order at HYROX along with the correct weights for your category.
 
You can expect the experience to feel like you’re at an actual HYROX competition.
As space is limited, make sure you secure your place at this exciting event ahead of competing in either May or October.
 
This will begin at 9AM with start times every 10 minutes. 
You will be alotted start times 1 week in advance.
