We are mega excited to announce that The Performance Project Programming is now Live!

The Performance Project will deliver programming to CrossFit & Functional Fitness athletes addressing all aspects of performance.

You will receive programming for 4 days per week, not all is necessary and can be split across more days with shorter sessions if needed.

This programme is for the seasoned CrossFit competitors looking to take their performance to the next step, it’s for the new starters looking to get to grips with the wide range of skills needed to compete, it’s for the people who are bored of the standard gym split and want to make training fun, competitive and rewarding.
