E.S.T (Energy System Training):

This one is all engine. Nothing more than conditioning kit and Bodyweight work designed to hammer your conditioning.


LIFT IT:

We have 2 variations running as a change from the programmes we have previously ran. One focusing on your big 3 powerlifts: squat, bench, deadlift whereas the other will wrk on Olympic lifting.


THROWDOWN:

For our regulars, think a cross between our Friday Night Throwdown and Rep It classes.
