Back to outdoor group training with some high intensity sessions BASED IN HINCKLEY & STOKE GOLDING. We pride ourselves on exciting, new and inventive classes therefore no 2 Bootcamps will ever be the same.

CLASSES ARE FOR ALL ABILITIES ARE ARE ALL BODYWEIGHT BASED.

Programmed functional fitness workouts designed to improve on all aspects of your fitness.

 

Multiple shorter workouts per session using a huge variation of equipment and bodyweight movements.

STRENGTH

Strength training using barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight movement's. Variations available for all abilities.

ENDURANCE

This one is all engine. Nothing more than conditioning kit and Bodyweight work designed to hammer your conditioning.
