Primal Conditioning is not a class, it is a programme, a training system, and it gets results. Primal Conditioning runs every few months as a block of Sunday morning sessions designed to take you out of your comfort zone and push you to the max.
It keeps things basic, lift heavy, move quickly, incorporating all primal movements, squat, lunge, push, pull, twist, bend, jump, run & crawl in a tough environment. Some sessions take place at the studio, others will take you out to various environments for hill sprints, runs through woodland and fields and much more!
As part of Primal Conditioning you will take part in a team competition, completing weekly tasks, challenges and fitness competitions to determine which team will be crowed winners!
PRIMAL CONDITIONING XX will be running over 9 weeks with 10 sessions and once again will be a team competition incorporating the following:
- Weekly fitness challenges for points
- Regular tasks to test you and earn points
- Nutritional support
- Suitable for all abilities: Extremely challenging sessions with optional extras for fitter participants, but also scaled options for those who require them.
- Fitness testing (2 x Saturdays) to measure improvement
- 8am Sessions on Sundays
- Primal Conditioning XX T-Shirt (If paid by 3rd March)
