Hello, my name is James! I’m a qualified personal trainer, a qualified teacher/P.E. specialist and head coach of a sports club. 

 

My journey into fitness started at university whilst studying Sport and Exercise Science. After this, I qualified as a teacher and began to teach pupils in an array of different schools. 

 

Alongside this, I’ve always been passionate about leading an active lifestyle. Personally, I thrive on staying physically engaged and inspiring others to do the same. 

 

I feel that giving clients the tools and understanding to lead their own active lifestyles is the key to a life long commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle.
